? What certifications do Raydafon products hold?

All Raydafon products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and TS16949 quality management. Roller chains meet ANSI/DIN/ISO specifications, gearboxes and PTO shafts comply with CE requirements, agricultural components are tested for durability in harsh environments, and hydraulic cylinders are pressure-tested to 1.5× rated working pressure before shipment. Certificates and batch inspection reports can be attached to your shipment documents on request.

? Do you offer OEM/ODM customization for gearboxes and chains?

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services for gearboxes, PTO shafts, sprockets, chains, pulleys and hydraulic cylinders — custom sizes, materials, coatings, bore configurations and packaging. Send 2D/3D drawings, a working sample, or high-resolution photos with key dimensions. Minimum order quantity for custom items starts from 50 pieces. Our engineers can work from your drawings or reverse-engineer an existing sample with material matching and heat-treatment verification.

? What is your typical lead time?

For standard stock items such as roller chains, sprockets and pulleys, lead time is 7–14 days. For custom OEM orders including agricultural gearboxes and hydraulic cylinders, typical lead time is 20–30 days depending on complexity and quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited — contact our sales team for options.

? Do you provide samples? Are they free?

Yes. We offer free samples for standard products (buyer pays shipping). For custom products such as non-standard gearboxes or hydraulic cylinders, sample costs may apply but will be deducted from your first bulk order. Sample lead time is 20–25 days after drawing approval. Contact our sales team to request a sample.

? How do you ensure product quality?

We follow a multi-stage quality control process: incoming raw material inspection (spectrometer analysis), in-process dimensional checks (CMM), 100% final testing (load tests for chains, dynamic balance for pulleys, fatigue tests for PTO shafts, pressure tests for hydraulic cylinders), and random audits by our ISO 9001 certified team. Material certificates and inspection reports are issued for every batch.

? Can you reverse-engineer a part from a sample or competitor number?

Yes. Send a physical sample, high-resolution photos with key dimensions, or a competitor part number. We measure, model in CAD, match the material and heat treatment, and return a cross-reference drawing for your confirmation before tooling starts. This service is free for standard processes and covers material verification, hardness testing and dimensional validation.
