Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?

Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services including custom sizes, materials, coatings, and packaging. Minimum order quantities for custom items start from 50 pieces. Our engineers can work from your drawings or help reverse-engineer existing samples.

What is your typical lead time?

For standard stock items, lead time is 7–14 days. For custom OEM orders, typical lead time is 20–30 days depending on complexity and quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited – contact our sales team for options.

Do you provide samples? Are they free?
