All Raydafon products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and TS16949 standards. Our chains meet ANSI/DIN/ISO specifications, gearboxes comply with CE requirements, and agricultural components are tested for durability in harsh environments.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?

Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services including custom sizes, materials, coatings, and packaging. Minimum order quantities for custom items start from 50 pieces. Our engineers can work from your drawings or help reverse-engineer existing samples.

What is your typical lead time?

For standard stock items, lead time is 7–14 days. For custom OEM orders, typical lead time is 20–30 days depending on complexity and quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited – contact our sales team for options.

Do you provide samples? Are they free?

Yes, we offer free samples for standard products (buyer pays shipping). For custom products, sample costs may apply but will be deducted from your first bulk order. Contact us to request a sample.
